Abstract

In this talk Lars Rune Christensen will share his views on informing the design of digital technologies through ethnographic studies of work practice. The talk will highlight the conceptual work involved, and it will draw on multiple examples from his work within healthcare, ICT4D, and digital solutions for the public sector.
